Granite Launches End-to-End Managed Mobility Solution for Enterprises and Government Agencies

Granite Telecommunications, LLC, a $1.6 billion provider of communications services to multilocation businesses and government agencies, today launched Granite Vision, a fully-managed mobile communications solution that delivers end-to-end business mobility management, including turnkey lifecycle management, expense management and help desk support for multiple carriers, devices and users.

“Mobility makes doing business easier, especially in this day and age, but managing Mobility across the enterprise with multiple wireless providers and an evolving range of devices and plans is a massive and expensive undertaking even for midmarket IT organizations,” said Dan McDuffie, General Manager, Mobility for Granite. “Granite Vision is a cost-effective fully end-to-end managed service designed to take care of the entire mobile lifecycle, including the help desk, freeing up key technical personnel and resources while still giving them visibility and control.”

Granite Vision is a monthly subscription designed to support organizations that manage 500 or more mobile wireless lines in company-owned or Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) environments.

Benefits include:

  • Centralized management portal
  • Real-time inventory and expense tracking
  • Order-to-invoice lifecycle management for multiple wireless service providers
  • Wireless policy management with automated enforcement
  • Extensive reporting, auditing and expense reduction recommendations
  • Tier1 help desk support with toll-free phone and live-chat assistance
  • Integration with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources (HR), Accounts Payable (AP) and travel applications

Granite Vision is available immediately with right-sized monthly subscription pricing based on the number of lines under contract.
