GIGABYTE Unveils New GTX 960 Xtreme Gaming Graphics Card

The company’s latest addition to its Xtreme Gaming graphics card lineup features 4GB of GDDR5 memory and customizable RGB lighting.

Gaming hardware manufacturer GIGABYTE has expanded its GTX 960 XTREME GAMING graphics card lineup with the addition of the GV-N960XTREME-4GD. Designed for enthusiast gamers, the card boasts class-leading performance with superior cooling in silence, as well as customizable RGB lighting on both the dual cooling fans and the XTREME GAMING emblem.

The graphics card guarantees clock speed up to 1367MHz in OC mode and 1279MHz in Gaming mode. With one-click Overclock through OC GURU Utility, gamers can tune the card to meet their various gaming requirements without any overclocking knowledge.

The card also utilizes NVIDIA Maxwell technologies, including Multi-Frame Sampled Anti-Aliasing (MFAA), Dynamic Super Resolution (DSR), and 4K H.265 (HEVC) video decoding engine to enhance image quality and power efficiency.

The GTX 960 XTREME GAMING graphics card comes equipped with the WINDFORCE 2X dual fan cooling system, featuring copper heat pipes which directly touch the GPU for better dissipation efficiency. Cooling performance is further improved by making use of alternate spinning fans that feature a triangular design by the fan’s edge, splitting the airflow and reducing air turbulence while keeping noise at a minimum.
