New Reseller Program from Fonality

Fonality Inc., headquartered in Plano, Texas, has announced its Fonality Partner Plus Program, which is designed to provide partners with the tools necessary to drive VoIP, Unified Communications (UC), and Contact Center sales in the SMB market.

The new program is focused on offering partners flexible options that will ultimately increase revenue and broaden their portfolio for customers. And, Fonality’s product portfolio provides partners with both hosted (Connect and Connect ) and hybrid-hosted solutions (PBXtra and trixbox Pro) that include access to the UC application Fonality HUD.

The Fonality Partner Plus Program has a tiered designation structure. Each level supports partners through the sales process and deployment, as well as supports the on-boarding of customers. Partners choose the level of partnership that meets their needs. Compensation and incentives are competitive at each tier, says Fonality, and increase to match levels of certifications and training as a partner grows with the program. At each level, partners can sell hosted and hybrid-hosted solutions. Partnership levels include:

  • Premium Partner – at the program’s highest level, premium partners are Fonality-trained professionals that can market, sell, and implement solutions. Fonality training provides technical support and helps ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Certified Partner – working in conjunction with Fonality, certified partners can lead sales and marketing efforts to bring the right solutions to their customers
  • Authorized Partner – the introductory level of the program allows partners to sell hosted and hybrid-hosted solutions on behalf of Fonality.

Fonality also offers competitive incentives for Agent Partners seeking to exclusively offer cloud solutions to help build a residual revenue stream through referral commissions. These incentives include a 20 percent share in each sale, in addition to non-capped residuals throughout the contract’s lifespan. Fonality also helps partners increase profits through its partner portal, which offers the following resources:

  • Marketing resources, including product and solution sales tools and whitepapers on industry trends and technology
  • Training and certification programs
  • Monthly communications on new product releases, beta programs, and marketing support for events and programs
