ViewSonic Tablet Runs Windows 8 and Android 4.2

The new ViewPad 10i tablet features an Intel Celeron Bay Trail processor and dual operating systems.

ViewSonic has launched a new 10-inch tablet, the ViewPad 10i, which allows users to run Windows 8 or Android Jellybean 4.2. The ViewPad 10i is powered by an Intel Celeron N2910 Bay Trail processor. The Bay Trail processor offers a 1.6 GHz quad core CPU, Intel HD Graphics GPU clocked at 756 MHz, and 2 MB of cache. The tablet also includes 2GB of RAM, 64GB SSD, and a 7,000 mAh battery for up to six hours of use. Additional features of the ViewSonic ViewPad 10i include:

  • Screen size: 10.1 inches, 1280√ó800 pixels, capacitive multi-touch IPS screen
  • Camera: dual cameras (front: 2MP, rear: 2MP)
  • Wi-Fi features: 802.11b/g/n wireless, Bluetooth
  • Data interface: 1 √ó USB 2.0 Micro
  • Network Mode: Does not support 3G network
  • Built-in speaker
  • Weight: 650 g
