For MSPs, growing revenue doesn’t always mean adding more customers or expanding their technology stacks. Sometimes, the biggest opportunities come from making better use of existing tools, simplifying how services are delivered and finding new ways to meet customer needs.
As SMBs prioritize cost control and productivity, MSPs can become more valuable partners in many ways. Service providers can maximize their existing technology investments, expand service offerings, improve operational efficiency or find new ways to generate revenue.
ChannelPro spoke with several vendors at recent events about how they’re helping MSPs deliver more value to customers. Here, we highlight how eight of those companies are helping MSPs capitalize on those opportunities.
ampiO Solutions: getting more value from Microsoft investments

Sarah Ward
- What it does: ampiO Solutions helps MSPs and value-added resellers expand their Microsoft practices through specialized professional services, including security, cloud technology and AI consulting. This helps MSPs and their customers make better use of Microsoft’s technology stack.
- How it helps MSPs: It gives partners access to specialized technical expertise without requiring them to develop every capability internally. ampiO also helps identify underused Microsoft features and overlapping tools, potentially reducing unnecessary spending for customers.
- What’s new and exciting: The company is helping businesses move beyond simply enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot to identifying practical AI use cases. Its approach emphasizes measurable business outcomes, data readiness and security rather than deploying AI for its own sake.
“We take a step back, since we don’t sell the products. We really want to understand the IT. What is that user doing? Do they need all of those solutions? How are they using it to make their business more effective? That’s really our value proposition.” — Sarah Ward, director of sales and partnerships
T3 Tech Partners: scaling technical capacity without hiring

Kris MacDonald (center)
- What it does: T3 Tech Partners provides fractional Tier 3 technical expertise to MSPs that need help with complex projects, escalations and specialized services. Its offerings include cloud migrations, infrastructure management and technical support, along with its T3nantWiz platform for streamlining routine tasks.
- How it helps MSPs: The company gives MSPs access to experienced specialists without the expense of hiring full-time employees. Partners can purchase blocks of technical hours or outsource individual projects, allowing them to expand their capabilities, clear project backlogs and generate additional revenue.
- What’s new and exciting: T3 is incorporating AI into T3nantWiz to help technicians perform environment assessments, create policy documents and manage Microsoft and Google Workspace environments. The platform uses guided AI workflows to help less-experienced technicians handle more complex tasks.
“The way I take it is AI is an augmenter. It augments or supplements your staff. It doesn’t replace them.” — Kris MacDonald, owner

- What’s new and exciting: The Vault uses short lessons and practical exercises to help leaders develop skills they can apply immediately, rather than relying solely on traditional leadership seminars.
“If you treat your employees well, that naturally translates over into customer experience. Conversely, the same thing is true. If you give your customers a really good experience, it’s really fun as an employee to be part of that, too.” — Julie Thiel, founder
Opiquad: expanding the MSP service catalog

Frank Befera (left)

ChannelOnline: making technology purchasing easier
- What it does: ChannelOnline, represented by Syndigo, helps MSPs and technology resellers modernize the way they sell products. The platform provides online storefronts where MSPs can sell products sourced from their distribution partners. The storefronts can also integrate with procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa and Oracle.
- How it helps MSPs: It allows customers to research and purchase products through self-service channels. This reduces manual sales processes and makes it easier for MSPs to do business with organizations that rely on electronic procurement.
- What’s new and exciting: Syndigo’s acquisition of 1WorldSync brought additional resources to ChannelOnline. The deal allows ChannelOnline to expand its capabilities for MSPs and technology resellers.
“B2B procurement has really started to mirror what has happened in the B2C space. We all like to shop online and we do our research even before we pick up the phone and call a sales rep. That’s where ChannelOnline shines through, as it provides all that information and functionality to the MSP.” — Andrew Halbeck, senior account manager
Airstride: capturing missed rebates and incentives

Max Edwards
- What it does: Airstride helps MSPs and technology resellers maximize profitability by automating the management of vendor rebates, incentives and deal registrations. Its Airstride Capture platform identifies opportunities to capture financial benefits that sales teams might otherwise overlook.
- How it helps MSPs: By automating incentive tracking, Airstride reduces administrative work and helps MSPs protect their margins. Sales teams can focus on winning business rather than manually monitoring vendor programs, promotions and registration requirements.
- What’s new and exciting: Airstride recently brought its platform to the broader MSP and reseller market after initially working with vendors and a large European reseller. The company is expanding its reach to smaller organizations looking to improve deal profitability without adding more administrative overhead.
“There needs to be a structure to make sure that they’re getting the best possible deal from their vendor. Often, that goes mismanaged because salespeople aren’t targeted on making sure their deal registrations are up to date nor paying attention to what promotions are available. We automate that entire process so every deal that a company does automatically becomes more profitable.” — Max Edwards, CEO and co-founder
EasyDMARC: turning email security into sales opportunities

Mike Anderson and Heather Scaglione
- What it does: EasyDMARC helps MSPs manage email authentication and domain security while identifying potential new customers. Its Touchpoint platform uses publicly available DNS information and DMARC security signals to generate leads and help MSPs identify organizations that may need assistance.
- How it helps MSPs: Touchpoint reduces the time required for prospecting by identifying potential customers, enriching leads with contact information and generating customized outreach materials. It also integrates with CRM systems, helping MSPs turn security findings into sales conversations and new revenue opportunities. Touchpoint was selected among ChannelPro’s top 26 profit-driving solutions for 2026.
- What’s new and exciting: EasyDMARC recently introduced its Email Trust Platform, bringing DNS management, email authentication, sender insights and threat intelligence into a unified system. The platform is designed to help MSPs monitor clients’ email infrastructure, identify potential problems and manage security and deliverability more efficiently. The company is also incorporating AI to help identify security risks, recommend corrective actions and assist in preparing more targeted customer proposals.
“Nobody needs another tool just for the sake of another tool. They need data from tools where they can go find new revenue, new profitability, new margin and drive leads for their business.” — Mike Anderson, director of global channels
Snapcom: bringing AI into business communications

Ashley Bauer (right)
- What it does: Snapcom helps MSPs deliver business communications services, including hosted VoIP, business texting, electronic faxing and CRM integrations backed by a U.S.-based support team. The company is also incorporating AI to help businesses gain more insight from customer conversations.
- How it helps MSPs: It gives partners access to business communications solutions and customer support without having to manage every aspect of deployment and service delivery themselves. Snapcom also emphasizes personalized onboarding and support.
- What’s new and exciting: Snapcom has introduced AI-powered call monitoring that analyzes business calls and alerts managers to important conversations or issues requiring attention. Notifications can be delivered through text messages, email or an online portal.
“We have a few different things coming down the pike when it comes to AI. Something that we have integrated now is an AI tool that listens to 100% of your calls and notifies you within minutes of that call concluding exactly what the call was about, if it’s something that needs to be escalated right away. That information comes in the form of a text message directly to an owner or a manager.” — Ashley Bauer, director of sales and partnerships
