MSPs looking to improve their marketing but unsure where to start — or unwilling to invest in a full engagement — have a new opportunity. Equilibrium Consulting has introduced Content RX, a prescription for marketing woes.
This offering delivers professional critiques of select MSPs’ marketing materials each week, with no charge or sales pressure. Whether it’s an underperforming email campaign, a clunky webpage, or a sales sheet that needs refinement, MSPs can get quick feedback from qualified experts.
“We were looking for something different that was community based,” Equilibrium Consulting LLC CEO Peter Busam told ChannelPro. “A lot of MSPs need help with marketing, and they all have great ideas. Now, we can give them a little prescriptive advice.”
Community-driven, No Strings Attached
Busam unveiled Content RX during ChannelCon 2025 in Nashville, TN, the Global Technology Industry Association’s first conference since its rebrand. Busam described Content RX as a community giveback initiative. The goal is to fill a clear gap in the channel: MSPs want to improve their marketing but often don’t know where to turn, or they don’t want to be sold something.

Equilibrium doesn’t use Content RX to upsell paid services, Busam confirmed. Interested MSPs can submit a single page PDF as an example of their marketing materials. Each week, Equilibrium’s MarkITechs team will choose three entries. Within 48 hours, the MarkITechs will review, grade, and then provide suggestions back to the MSPs.
“There’s no cost, no obligation, no follow-up phone call,” he said. “We want to help the community to be better marketers. This is our way of giving back to the community.”
The program will run weekly for at least three to four months.
What MSPs Get from Content RX
The key benefits of Content RX for MSPs include:
- Expert analysis of one marketing asset, such as email, sales sheet, and web page
- No cost, no obligation, and no required sales contact
- Actionable recommendations delivered within 48 hours
- Access to experienced consultants with a deep understanding of MSP challenges
Helping Build Better Brands
Content RX aims to raise MSPs’ confidence in marketing, Busam explained. Many MSPs have good instincts and strong service offerings. However, they lack the confidence or outside perspective to market themselves effectively.
Through Content RX, they can get that advice without having to sign a long-term agreement, said Busam. “It could be a tweak or a flip of the lever in their messaging to go in a different direction or use a different thought process. We just want to help them build their brands.”
Equilibrium sees the initiative as part of a larger commitment to community support. “It’s really important that the community know there are good go-givers out there,” Busam added.
For MSPs, Content RX could be the right dose of expert input when they need it most.
