TPx Combines Fortinet’s Industry-Leading SD-WAN and Security in a Powerful Single Offering

MSx Managed Firewall Now Available with Secure SD-WAN

TPx, a premier managed services provider delivering award-winning managed IT, security, unified communications and connectivity, announced today that it now offers MSx Managed Firewall service with Fortinet’s integrated SD-WAN to make enterprise-grade networking and cybersecurity services accessible to all.

“Businesses no longer have to choose between networking and security for their IT spend,” said Jared Martin, Vice President of MSx Managed Services at TPx. “We provide a single integrated solution managed by security and networking pros as an affordable managed service.”

To deliver the integrated solution, TPx is leveraging Fortinet’s industry-leading Secure SD-WAN solution which combines a next-generation firewall with SD-WAN, VPN, dynamic routing and comprehensive reporting in a single solution.

Secure SD-WAN enables organizations to leverage multiple transport services – including broadband internet, 5G and others – to connect users securely and economically to applications and devices. With a high-performance, always-on connection, Secure SD-WAN also layers on a full suite of Unified Threat Management (UTM) capabilities to keep businesses safe from cyberthreats.

“Our MSx Managed Firewall with Secure SD-WAN empowers customers to reduce exposure to cyberattacks and malware, and it boosts productivity with safe and high-performance communications,” said Martin. “The ability to see and control what’s happening on a network is a game-changer for customers that need to meet compliance requirements and minimize downtime.”

Security professionals based in TPx’s two geo-diverse Security Operations Centers (SOCs) configure, deploy, manage and monitor the network around the clock, every day to:

  • Reduce exposure to cyberattacks and malware
  • Enable productivity with secure communications and connectivity
  • Monitor and manage networks in real-time
  • Meet compliance challenges
  • Limit downtime and outages due to network issues or cyberattacks
