SMB Roadshow for IT Providers Heads to Australia

Technology author, blogger, and managed services business consultant Karl Palachuk will bring best practices on running an IT business to four cities in Australia and New Zealand.

Karl Palachuk will be bringing his SMB Roadshow down under in a series of half day, hands-on events. The key messages in the tour are targeted to technology providers who serve the small and midsize business market. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), how to design profitable projects, and key selling techniques for technology providers make up the roadshow’s curriculum.

Palachuk has been advising technology business professionals through his books, blogs, and touring events for nearly 20 years, helping thousands of managed service providers and IT consultants reach their customers with solid business models and technology offerings in cloud services, service migrations, remote management, and more.

Palachuk’s book “Managed Services in a Month” has been one of the top managed services instructional guides on Amazon.com for the past five years. His brand new book series, the “Managed Services Operational Manual Volumes 1 – 4,” was released last month after a successful crowdfunding campaign, which enabled the seamless production and release of the four books.
