Along with its increased focus on SMBs and new SMB security solutions, Santa Clara, Calif.-based McAfee, a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corp., has designed a new channel program for SMB partners. The offering includes:
- Custom-designed solutions built specifically for the SMB, from cloud-based Security-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications to on-premise suites covering email, Web, and endpoint security.
- The McAfee SMB specialization, launched earlier this year, which allows partners to take advantage of a range of enablement tools, turnkey marketing programs, and exclusive profitability programs.
- McAfee SMB deal registration, also launched earlier this year, which offers partners up to 25 percent in enhanced margin and a four-hour approval commitment.
- McAfee partner sales rep awards for selling qualified McAfee SMB products. For Q2 2012 the SMB Extravaganza Rewards program has tripled its payout for eligible SMB products, according to the company.
- McAfee SmartMarketing, available June 2012, an e-commerce marketing platform that will allow McAfee partners to quickly and easily download and co-brand demand generation marketing assets, including assets for the new McAfee SMB solutions: McAfee SaaS Endpoint Protection Suite, McAfee SaaS Endpoint and Email Protection Suite, and McAfee SaaS Total Protection Suite.
