N-able Technologies, a remote monitoring and management provider, is now offering Report Manager 3.2. The customizable strategic RMM reporting tool gives MSPs instant insight into the IT infrastructures of their SMB customers.
Report Manager 3.2 is integrated at both the data and user interface level with the N-central 8.2 RMM automation platform. The new software also aggregates IT performance data for better IT planning and decision-making.
MSPs can tailor data to create their own unique and customized reports, branded with their own look and feel. Report Manager 3.2 also offers pre-populated charts and gauges. The new software also offers a variety of templates, with more than 50 reports that focus on the business impact of managed services, long-term IT infrastructure performance, asset management, and regulatory compliance. MSPs have the ability to generate customized executive-level reports for better client relationships.
Report Manager 3.2 is part of N-able’s N-central product family and is available now for purchase along with Essential and Professional licenses, or as an a-la-carte product offering. Existing N-able partners with a current N-compass maintenance and support plan will be able to quickly upgrade to Report Manager 3.2 free of charge.
