New Cloud-Based Productivity Product for SOHO and Remote Worker Market

DynaSis’ new ITility Essentials is designed for businesses with fewer than 15 employees.

DynaSis, an Atlanta-based SMB IT service provider, is now offering ITility Essentials, a cloud-based productivity product. Designed for businesses with fewer than 15 employees, ITility Essentials allows small businesses to move their data and applications into the cloud so they can conveniently access them from anywhere, including desktops, laptops, homes or office locations. According to Dave Moorman, president of DynaSis, the platform delivers Microsoft Office and Exchange, plus the standard line of business applications.

ITility Essentials provides increased reliability for the small office/home office (SOHO) business by removing dependence on desktop hardware and servers and offering mobility and backup and disaster recovery. Instead, ITility Essentials is built on a Windows Terminal Services platform to give users access to their applications and data in the cloud from a web browser window on any Windows-based device.

ITility Essentials includes four hours of monthly helpdesk support. Users call one number for technical support on all of the IT infrastructure if service interruptions or technical complications occur.
