N-able’s New Remote Backup Manager Available as Free Trial

N-able Technologies is offering a free trial of its Remote Backup Manager (CA ARCserve D2D).
Remote Backup Manager expands the company’s N-central managed services platform. The disk-based backup solution is designed to enable incremental backups for reduction in storage, backup windows, and network traffic.
Remote Backup Manager backs up only blocks of data that changed since the last backup. It then presents a unified point-in-time view of the protected volume for multiple recovery types. It also offers a Bare Metal Restore feature†† (for system recovery) and protection of physical and virtual servers.
According to N-able, Remote Backup Manager is the product of partnership between N-able and CA Technologies. “We have teamed with CA Technologies to offer this new disk-based backup solution,” states the company in a press release submitted to EH Publishing. The company adds that the partnership resulted in “fast, simple and reliable protection and recovery.”
Remote Backup Manager is available from N-able as a complementary tool to its N-central RMM software. Four versions are available at various levels and price points.
