Shockey Monkey Hits the Channel
Own Web Now developed the professional services automation tool in order to help MSPs and channel pros “streamline operations and automate processes.”
Software developer Own Web Now released Shockey Monkey this week. It’s a free professional services automation tool for MSPs and IT services professionals.
Shockey Monkey employs a Web 2.0 interface that enables channel pros to manage client relationships, ticket scheduling and assigning, project partners, scheduling, and tasking. It also features a client-facing support portal with Support Board.
“Shockey Monkey is an entirely different, customer-centric approach that will help solution providers successfully navigate the transition from hardware reseller to cloud-based solution provider,” states Own Web Now in a press release submitted to EH Publishing.
The application is free of charge, and it typically sets up in “less than 60 seconds,” according to Own Web Now. There is also a Pro version of Shockey Monkey that provides additional features for a low monthly fee.
