NetEnrich Announces Integration with ConnectWise
The IT-as-a-Service provider says its Global NOC now supports PSA-tracked workflows via a single login and interface.
NetEnrich offers IT-as-a-Service solutions. Its flagship product, the NetEnrich Global NOC, is a secure, real-time service delivery cloud that combines multiple managed services applications into a single, centralized source.
The company has now announced that its Global NOC fully integrates with ConnectWise, a professional service automation (PSA) and business operating system for IT service providers.
According to NetEnrich, the Global NOC gives VARs a remote option for fully secure management, monitoring, and remediation of the SMB IT infrastructure.
Meanwhile, ConnectWise combines help desk, IT services dispatching, service level management, project management, and CRM into a single, Web-based PSA application.
Together, ConnectWise and the NetEnrich Global NOC will provide channel pros with streamlined workflows tracked within a PSA.
“VARs can view alerts and monitor activities from one centralized NetEnrich dashboard, rather than deal with multiple managed services application dashboards,” says NetEnrich vice president of marketing Mitchell Cipriano. “VARs are able to eliminate time-consuming operational duties and focus their attention on providing higher-level IT services that lead to increased gross profit margins.”
According to NetEnrich, the setup of the ConnectWise integration is straightforward and only requires the VAR to enter their ConnectWise login credentials into the NetEnrich Partner Portal.
