Autotask Sets Agenda for Its Community Live 2010 Event
Conference focuses on tips and ideas to better manage an IT service business.
Autotask Corporation, of East Greenbush, N.Y., has finalized the agenda for its Autotask Communitiy Live 2010 event in Miami, Fla., from April 18 to 20. According to the PSA platform vendor, the agenda is based on feedback from last year’s event and includes topics for new and advanced Autotask users.
The conference kicks off with a welcome reception and sponsor showcase on Sunday, April 18. Bob Godgart, CEO of Autotask, gives the Monday keynote on cloud-based IT services, which is followed by a panel discussion on optimizing and automating the product side of an IT business. A social media session, panel discussion on service innovation, and a Q&A with Godgart close out the day.
