Redtail and Pyxis Team Up for Mobile CRM
Redtail’s CRM accounts will be able to accessible info via Blackberry, iPhone, or Windows Mobile devices using Pyxis’ Configure Once, Run Anywhere technology.
Redtail Technology, a provider of client relationship management solutions, has announced a partnership with Pyxis Mobile, maker of wireless applications.
Featuring Pyxis Mobile’s Configure Once, Run Anywhere technology, Redtail customers will have access to their CRM account information via BlackBerry, iPhone, or Windows Mobile devices.
The development phase is already underway with the full release in Q3 of 2009, and all current Redtail clients will have access to their accounts for a nominal monthly fee.
Stuart Kalman, director of channel sales for Pyxis Mobile, says his company is optimistic about the partnership. “We have seen that in order to grow your business, you must go out of your way to improve how you do business,” he says. “Working with Redtail has already been rewarding, and we hold great expectations for the future.”
