Vijilan Security Brings White Label Security Services to the Channel

The company launches its cyber-threat monitoring, detection, and incident response services designed to simplify IT security for SMBs and help MSPs and IT solution providers extend IT services to include must-have security services.

IT security company Vijilan Security has launched its TheatDetect, ThreatAnalyze, and ThreatRespond security services to help small and mid-sized businesses protect themselves from sophisticated cyber-attacks. The company’s advanced security services are sold exclusively through the Vijilan Partner Program, a white label channel sales model that includes IT solutions providers and MSPs.

According to the Ponemon Institute, 55 percent of small businesses have experienced a data breach, with half having been successfully attacked more than once. Infonetics predicts that the Cloud Security Services market will grow to $9 billion by 2017 and projects the managed security service market will grow by 45 percent over the next five years.

Further, The 2112 Group has noted that managed security services is one of the fastest growing and most profitable segments among IT solution providers and managed service providers. To take advantage of market conditions, states Vijilan, MSPs and IT service providers must extend their services to include 24/7 security operations, security threat detection, and mitigation services, which traditionally require specific expertise and a large capital outlay.

Vijilan’s ThreatDetect, ThreatAnalyze, and ThreatRespond services offer detection, monitoring, and incident response guidance from the company’s 24/7 security operations center (SOC), which monitors more than 600,000 worldwide hosts and processes more than six billion security events daily. Additionally, the company says that its low-cost, high-value, and high-margin security services can be white-labelled with no capital infrastructure or resource costs.

“Customers want to work with MSPs and solution providers that can offer complete IT services, which today means security services backed by skilled security professionals. Vijilan Security sees a tremendous opportunity in the channel to work with partners to extend their capabilities, bring on new clients or retain their existing customer base with our proven security services and trained staff supporting them,” says Gary Mullen, CMO, Vijilan Security
