Autodesk is now offering a new Product Support Framework. This new framework will provide tailored support services for customers and allows partners to provide their own support or resell Autodesk support.
Other new features of the structure include:
- New per-incident support allows fixed fee support
- VARs can resell Autodesk support or provide their own
- Product Support Specialization for VARs enables partners to escalate cases to Autodesk, gain market differentiation, and tighter customer relationship management and service level integration
