Socket Mobile Bolsters SocketCare Service Program

One- to three-year coverage and technical support for company’s line of mobile offerings.

Socket Mobile, Inc, a provider of mobile productivity solutions based in Newark, Calif., announced its SocketCare Service Program will now offer expanded coverage at the Premium level.

The SocketCare Service Program offers one- or three-year coverage options and technical support for the SoMo 650 handheld computer, the Socket Bluetooth Cordless Hand Scanner Series 7, and the Socket Bluetooth Cordless Ring Scanner Series 9. In addition to the broadened coverage, SocketCare will now be available from any of the nearly 200 Socket Vertical Industry Partners (VIPs) who supply Socket products to a wide range of vertical and cross-industry markets such as healthcare, hospitality, retail, asset management, field service and sales, and merchandising.
