Reinvent Telecom, an award-winning provider of private-label cloud-based Unified Communications, Collaboration and Contact Center solutions, has announced that it can enable resellers of Wildix Inc.’s platform to quickly deliver PBX and UC capabilities “as a service” to their business customers under their own brand through a turnkey support package.
Reinvent’s Wildix White-label Support Package includes Wildix-certified SIP trunking services plus private-label billing and taxation services required to deliver Wildix as a subscription-based service.
“Reinvent is offering a unique value proposition for Wildix resellers to position the WebRTC communications platform as a service under their own brand without the heavy lifting of monthly billing,” said David Ansehl, senior channel manager for Reinvent.
To support this new package, Reinvent recently certified that its SIP trunking services are compatible with the Wildix PBX platform for on-premises, “as-a-service” or hybrid deployments.
“Wildix recently executed certification testing with Reinvent and published the successful results and associated configuration,” said Jerry Browne, support and technical assistance manager at Wildix. “Turn up of the Reinvent SIP trunk was quick and simple with no issues. No special configuration is required on the Wildix trunk, making it a standard and fully functional SIP trunk connection.”
Uniquely, Wildix PBX integrates WebRTC for direct audio and video communications support in the web browser without the need for software installation or VPN configuration.
Reinvent’s turnkey Wildix White-label Support Package is available immediately.
