Sales quoting and proposal software developer QuoteWerks, an Aspire Technologies company, has officially released QuoteValet Mobile, a mobile quoting solution for tablets and laptops.
The solution is designed for sales representatives that “the ability to create quotes while working with their client,” states a QuoteWerks press release submitted to Channel Pro-SMB. From a mobile device, sales reps can create a quote onsite and mail it to the client while on location.
QuoteValet Mobile is an extension of the QuoteValet Subscription and is included at no additional cost to subscribers. Since the initial release in the first quarter of 2011, Aspire Technologies reports that QuoteValet has quoted over $505 million in business.
QuoteWerks set out to streamline the mobile quoting experience by making it “template-driven.” QuoteValet Mobile users have access to all of the item pictures, product options, templates, and other customizations that they already use within QuoteWerks. Once the quote is created on Mobile, the QuoteValet solution takes over, enabling customers to choose options that are provided, electronically sign, and pay by credit card.
“In designing QuoteValet Mobile, our goal was to make it device-independent and require little to no setup for our users,” says QuoteWerks president John C. Lewe. “An intuitive interface and workflow was essential in making the launch a success. QuoteValet Mobile is an extension of QuoteWerks providing our 64,000 users with access to mobile quoting.”
The QuoteValet subscription starts at only $35 per month for QuoteWerks users.
