LogicMonitor, the leading SaaS-based performance monitoring platform for Enterprise IT, has announced two new members to its executive team. Mark Banfield, former SVP of Sales and International General Manager at Vista portfolio company, Datto (previously Autotask), joins LogicMonitor as Chief Revenue Officer. Mark Kelly, former CTO and CIO at Curvature, is taking the role of SVP of Customer Experience. Banfield and Kelly join during a period of rapid growth for LogicMonitor following Vista Equity Partners’ majority acquisition earlier this year.
Banfield has past success in developing international go-to-market strategies for high-growth businesses. “Enterprises are facing a challenge as technology continues to evolve and become more complex. LogicMonitor has emerged as a leading monitoring solution by delivering granular visibility across distributed infrastructure from on-premises to cloud and beyond,” said Banfield. “I look forward to leading LogicMonitor’s global revenue expansion efforts and building on my experience scaling world-class organizations.”
With over 20 years leading global engineering teams, Kelly brings strong technical experience and perspective to his new role. “LogicMonitor is extremely well-positioned to deliver the IT performance visibility enterprises need to deliver superior products and services,” said Kelly. “LogicMonitor’s top priority is delivering value to its customer, and I am excited for the opportunity to leverage my extensive technical customer experience background as LogicMonitor continues its remarkable global expansion.”
Kevin McGibben, President and Chief Executive Officer at LogicMonitor, states, “The addition of Banfield and Kelly to our executive team provides the business with invaluable experience as we continue to scale internationally and provide remarkable customer experience. Banfield and Kelly are proven, strategic leaders and I expect they will make a large and positive impact here at LogicMonitor.”
