At this year’s†Enterprise Connect,†Masergy†a leading provider of†hybrid networking,†managed security, and†cloud communications†solutions, announced the availability of a new automation tool to streamline UCaaS user provisioning. The new tool with RESTful API (Application Program Interface) makes IT teams more productive by enabling them to automate user management tasks.

Masergy’s new tool creates efficiencies by:
- Automating provisioning triggered by Active Directory or SaaS HR applications
- Synchronizing Active Directory with the UCaaS platform
- Eliminating dependency on unfamiliar UCaaS admin portals to manage users†
