BitTitan, the global leader in managed services automation, today announced the appointment of Gregg Erickson as Vice President, Customer Success. With over 15 years of experience as a customer success professional, Erickson will lead BitTitan’s customer success and support initiatives.

Most recently, Erickson served as the Director of Customer Success and Experience at Seattle-based Zipwhip, which provides a cloud-based software platform for two-way business texting. He has also served in a variety of client and customer success-oriented roles at K2 Sports, Tableau, AnswerDash, and Rightside.
At Zipwhip, Erickson led and managed the company’s customer success, support, and operations teams, where he provided input into product designs based on customer experience feedback and analytics, and monitored customer usage and team performance metrics against key performance indicators. He also oversaw staff training and coaching in leadership development for team members to help Zipwhip’s customers achieve their objectives.
