Addigy, a leading provider of cloud-based Apple device management software, announced a new OEM relationship with BrightGauge, a Continuum company, to integrate the company’s dashboard and reporting solutions with Addigy’s Apple Device Management software. With the added capabilities, Addigy business customers can support operations and growth with real-time visibility across their entire computing environment.
BrightGauge Software allows for the display of important business metrics in one location through the use of gauges, dashboards, and client reports. Used by more than 1,800 companies worldwide, BrightGauge integrates with popular business solutions on the market, including ConnectWise, Continuum, Webroot, QuickBooks, Datto, IT Glue, Zendesk, Harvest, Smileback, and now Addigy.
“Viewing Addigy data in the BrightGauge dashboard gives administrators the ability to see what the Mac networks are doing in real-time, making it easier than ever to increase uptime and address issues preemptively,” said Larry Garcia, Chief Revenue Officer, BrightGauge. “With the machine monitoring dashboard, users gain fingertip access to system statuses at a glance and are able to address vulnerabilities before a machine becomes compromised.”
Utilizing BrightGauge with key performance indicators (KPIs), administrators can view top-level business metrics or zero in on system views. This provides the executive team and front-line support with data-driven insights, allowing the organization to perform at their best. Using the customizable report template, MSPs are able to show clients the value of the services provided using the dashboard and metrics. Client reporting is simple to set up, and each one can be automatically generated and filled with the data the client is interested in. When managing dozens or hundreds of Apple products across multiple networks, having the ability to monitor all asset trends at once saves time and the frustration of manually compiling such data.
One example of how BrightGauge can be used with the Addigy platform is to implement a System Health Details by Policy gauge. With this in place, operators can clearly see how encryption health is stacking up against warranty health and security health across all of the organizations under management. Getting started is quick and easy as 38 initial gauges are provided by default, along with two pre-built dashboards and one report template.
“Apple products continue to grow in popularity and our MSP customers are ready to include operational and other metrics that run their business in an easy to understand dashboard,” said Jason Dettbarn, CEO, Addigy. “Because we focus exclusively on MacOS/iOS assets, this information helps maintain a secure and up-to-date Apple portfolio.”
