TRUSTIFI’S Chief Revenue Officer Peter Eastman (pictured) has no qualms about revealing the secret to email security: user compliance. The easier and more seamless the solution is to use, the higher the compliance ratio, he explains. “If you're doing a ton of emails in a day, the last thing you want to do is take extra steps.”
Trustifi’s productivity focus is what makes the Las Vegas-based company founded in 2017 different from its competitors, he says. Moreover, the cloud-based solution for inbound and outbound email security “gives us a lot of flexibility, and cuts down on the potential for bottlenecks.”
Trustifi offers one-click encryption/decryption technology and works within Office 365, Outlook, and Gmail, so users don’t have to login to a separate portal to send encrypted information. The platform also allows users to recall, block, modify, and set expiration rules after messages have been delivered, and remove or add recipients without alerting the other addressees. Trustifi supports an encrypted file size up to 1GB.
Admins can set rules based on security policy and procedure, and Trustifi has default settings and sensitivity ranges for compliance standards like HIPAA, GDPR, and more. Admins can set their own sensitivity ranges and policies too, Eastman adds.
The solution also offers certified delivery and tracking, and recipients don’t need Trustifi to open encrypted messages. They can reply to Trustifi users in a secure way by using the Encrypted-Reply option.
Eastman says the solution “is built right-out-of-a-box ready for MSPs,” with multitenancy features. Price ranges from $3 to $7 per month per user. Trustifi offers white labeling, and partners can set up and manage deal registration as well as access collateral and marketing assets via the partner portal. “We’re very simple to do business with [and it’s] easy to navigate the product [and] set it up.”
Like Eastman says, easy and seamless is the secret.
