At its annual flagship event, Build IT LIVE, master managed services provider IT By Design announced several new services focused on supporting their partners in the IT services community.
Upgrades to Team GPS
IT By Design shared news of upgrades to its Team GPS talent operating system, designed to help MSPs turn transactional leaders into transformational ones.
The all-in-one software solution now includes more detailed strategy and cascading goal capabilities, ensuring employees can understand why their work matters – and the impact it has on their organization’s growth. Team GPS has also undergone various performance management updates, adding features and standardized processes for performance reviews, employee scorecards, one-on-one meetings, and more.
“These upgrades only further our mission to ensure every team member is treated equally and receiving quality leadership and feedback,” said Kam Kaila, president of IT By Design in their press release. “Employees need to feel valued as whole people, not just employees at work.”
Leadership License Program Launches
IT By Design also announced its new Leadership License Program provided by the Build IT initiative, formatted to:
- Offer a formalized training program to develop leadership skills within teams
- Create a training curriculum to nurture the next generation of business leaders
- Enable effective succession planning within organizations
This new customized approach to building leadership alignment includes once-a-month training and homework for teams of up to 10 people.
“This program enables the growth and development of your team, so that all leaders are utilizing the same systems and methods to effectively lead their organization,” Kam Kaila said in a statement. “Once they are fully bought in, that has been proven to drive as much as 10X growth for the overall business.”
Vendor Marketplace Launches
The brand-new IT By Design Marketplace, spotlighting industry best practices and leading vendor offerings, officially launched at Build IT LIVE as well. The marketplace will include top tools and solutions from premier vendor partners in the channel, allowing MSPs to embrace the technology most trusted and used by IT By Design.
The first round of vendors available in the marketplace cover several channel categories, including existing partners N-able (remote monitoring and management) and Barracuda (security). New partners include:
- HacWare – Security Awareness
- IT Glue – Documentation
- Liongard – Systems Automation
- MSPbots – Process Automation
- Pia – Service Desk Automation
IT By Design stated that the full marketplace will by available to MSP partners by the end of October 2023.
