IGI CyberLabs Integrates Nodeware with Gradient MSP’s Synthesize Platform

The goal is to help users of IGI’s vulnerability management system automate the time-consuming chore of reconciling monthly billing against up-to-date user and consumption data.

IGI CyberLabs has integrated Nodeware, its vulnerability management solution, with Synthesize, an integration hub for cloud-based solutions from Gradient MSP.

The goal is to help channel pros automate the otherwise time-consuming chore of reconciling monthly charges for the system against up-to-date user and consumption data, according to Frank Raimondi, IGI’s vice president of channel development.

“Bringing ease of use and added value to MSPs is a key focus for IGI CyberLabs, and the full integration of Nodeware into Gradient’s Synthesize platform delivers that and more,” said Raimondi in a media statement. “The support and tools from Gradient are excellent, and together we are excited to enable more MSPs to deliver more value to their customers, ease of delivery and increased productivity for their operations, and improved bottom line to the company.”

Introduced in February, Synthesize is primarily designed for use with Billable, the billing reconciliation tool that Gradient launched last November. Vendors can employ the platform to integrate their products with multiple PSA systems too, however. Synthesize currently supports Accelo, Datto Autotask PSA, ConnectWise Manage, HaloPSA, Kaseya BMS, Pulseway, Syncro, and Tigerpaw.

Some 80 vendors either have or are currently developing integrations for the system, which is presently used by over 600 MSPs. Mailprotector connected its email security solution to the platform in June. Identity and access management vendor TraitWare did the same last week and SafeDNS, which offers cloud-based content and web filtering software, followed suit this Monday.

“We are so excited to have Nodeware join the Synthesize Integration Program,” said Andrea Ayala, director of technology alliances at Gradient MSP, in prepared remarks. “Nodeware has seen incredible growth over the last year and will now accelerate their time-to-market by supporting eight of the top PSAs through Gradient’s single integration.”

Unlike most vulnerability scanning products, which run only at scheduled times, Nodeware monitors and alerts on new vulnerabilities continuously. IGI announced a discounted licensing agreement with insurer Cowbell Cyber in March and an integration pact with managed detection and response vendor SOCSoter that enables dual customers to get immediate assistance with vulnerabilities in February.
