ThreatTrack Security Inc. of Clearwater, Fla., has added a new and aggressively priced end point protection, anti-phishing, and email security suite for SMBs to its VIPRE product line.
Annual rates for the new VIPRE Advanced Security for Business, which is available now, start at $24 per seat for 5 to 249 users and rise to $12 per seat for 250 to 500 users. Buyers must contact ThreatTrack directly for quotes on deployments above 500 users.
The new solution puts machine learning technology, threat intelligence functionality, and real-time behavior monitoring within reach of SMB budgets, according to VIPRE chief product officer Usman Choudhary.
“SMBs are concerned about ransomware, zero-day attacks and other advanced threats, but they can be easily overwhelmed by too many security products available to them,” Choudhary said in a press statement. “We are offering them a single solution that provides top-rated anti-malware so they always have the highest level of protection they need when they need it.”
According to ThreatTrack, VIPRE Advanced Security for Business deploys in less than 10 minutes, automatically removing existing antivirus agents in the process. The system’s centralized management console lets technicians manage PCs and mobile devices, deploy agents, patch systems, customize settings, prepare reports, and monitor security through a single interface.
Customers receive free U.S.-based technical support as well.
