Alliance Key Manager for Windows Azure provides a FIPS 140-2 compliant encryption key manager to Azure users who need to meet data privacy compliance regulations and security best practices.

Alliance Key Manager for Windows Azure, deployed as a virtual machine in Windows Azure, is a FIPS 140-2-compliant encryption key manager that enables Azure users to meet data privacy compliance regulations. From Olympia, Wash.-based data privacy solutions provider Townsend Security, the solution provides key management for encryption and data protection in ever-evolving virtual and cloud environments.

By using Alliance Key Manager for Windows Azure, businesses can now provably meet industry standards and best practices for protecting their sensitive data and business applications.

Included with Alliance Key Manager for Windows Azure are ready-to-use security applications for Microsoft SQL Server Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and Cell Level Encryption, Microsoft SharePoint encryption, Volume and folder encryption with TrueCrypt for Windows, and other applications. There are no extra fees for deploying client-side applications.
