The eFolder Continuity Cloud is a wholesale, add-on service delivered to eFolder partners that enables recovery of servers in the cloud and is the only cloud recovery service that supports both StorageCraft ShadowProtect and Dell AppAssure server image recovery. This open cloud backup and recovery platform leverages multiple different backup vendors.
The eFolder Continuity Cloud complements eFolder’s complete cloud data protection services portfolio, including eFolder Backup, eFolder BDR, and the eFolder AppAssure Cloud. The eFolder Continuity Cloud allows MSPs to recover client servers, applications, and data in eFolder’s cloud environment.
eFolder partners can access the eFolder Continuity Cloud with as little as a single client installation. eFolder charges partners a competitive, wholesale weekly rate only when they need the service, for instance, when a client suffers an on-site disaster like a tornado, fire, flood, or other major business disruption.
