For Cisco partners, the new OnPlus service is an Internet-based platform that enables resellers to conduct remote managed network assessment and repair through a single portal. The Cisco OnPlus 100 Network Agent appliance resides at an end-user’s premises and can interact with most networked devices with an IP address.
