IDEAL Industries Networks will soon be offering the NaviTEK II, a handheld Ethernet Service and Cable Tester for frontline technicians. The NaviTEK II includes IPv6, PoE, vLANs, Trace Route, and an advanced color LCD screen to view wiremap capabilities. With the NaviTEK II, technicians can see into copper or fiber networks to identify complex connectivity problems, making it easier to troubleshoot LAN physical and network layers.

- LCD 3.5″ color screen
- On-screen keyboard
- Ability to test both cabling and network performance with the same RJ45 interface
- Support for IPv6, with Trace Route to map network connections and Netscan for auto-discovering IPv6 and IPv4 network nodes
- vLAN support (4096 with priority)
- Checks the availability and capability of PoE and higher power PoE sources in real time
- Cable testing and fault finding
- Detailed error count reporting
- Stores up to 250 tests, with five unique job folders
