Epson Intros Three New WorkForce Models

The WorkForce WF-7520 and WF-7510 all-in-one printers and the WorkForce WF-7010 single-function inkjet printer are designed to offer SMBs “top-quality materials, but also ensure a speedy and efficient workflow.”

Printer manufacturer Epson America Inc. has expanded its line of business-class printing solutions with the introduction of three new WorkForce wide-format products: the WorkForce WF-7520 and WF-7510 all-in-one printers and the WorkForce WF-7010 single-function inkjet printer.

Epson Intros Three New WorkForce Models“Epson is excited to expand our business-class product offerings with new wide-format solutions that enable small businesses to deliver top-quality materials, but also ensure a speedy and efficient workflow,” says Rodrigo Catalan, Epson’s senior product manager of business inkjets.

The WorkForce wide format printer line is designed for SMBs that require large-format printing along with dependability and speed. All three models deliver high-quality and productivity features including fast single- and double-sided print speeds (15 ISO ppm black and 8.0 ISO ppm color single-sided, 7.8 ISO ppm black, and 5.2 ISO ppm color two-sided).

“The all-in-ones are the only devices in their class to offer both 13-inch by 19-inch printing and an 11-inch and 17-inch scan bed,” states an Epson press release submitted to Channel Pro-SMB. The company says this enables SMBs to “maximize efficiency and streamline workflow,” using a single device for printing and scanning needs.

The all-in-ones offer Epson Connect for hassle-free printing on the go. With Epson Connect, mobile device users can print web pages, photos, documents, and e-mail attachments directly from tablets, smart phones, and other mobile devices.

Replacing the popular WorkForce 1100 model, the WorkForce WF-7010 printer offers built-in Ethernet networking to easily connect and share with workgroups as well as versatile paper handling, enabling business users to print everything from index cards to 13-inch by 19-inch layouts.

Additional features of the WorkForce WF-7520 and WF-7510 all-in-ones include:

  • Single- and two-sided design layouts, spreadsheets, and drawings up to 13 inches by 19 inches.
  • A large-scan bed (11 inches by 17 inches) that is ideal for scanning large documents.
  • Two hundred fifty-sheet paper trays (two on the WF-7520) for storing different paper sizes.
  • Built-in networking features (wireless or wired).
  • An easy-to-read 2.5-inch LCD screen.
  • Professional-quality color that includes DURABrite Ink, with maximum print resolution of 5760 by 1440 and 2400 dpi scanning resolution.

Features of the WorkForce WF-7010 include:

  • Single- and two-sided standard-sized documents, index cards, stationary, or large spreadsheets.
  • Two 250-sheet trays for storing different paper types and sizes.
  • Professional-quality color that includes DURABrite Ink.
  • Built-in Ethernet for networking and communications possibilities.

The WorkForce WF-7010 carries a price tag of $199.99; the WorkForce WF-7510 sells for $249.99, and WorkForce WF-7520 is $299.99. All three will be available this month via select channel distributors and via Epson’s own retail site: www.epsonstore.com.
