The document management software developer rolls out M-Files and M-Files Cloud Vault Dynamics GP at the Microsoft 2011 Worldwide Partner Conference in LA this week.
Document management software developer M-Files Inc. announced support for the popular Microsoft ERP solution Dynamics GP.
M-Files and M-Files Cloud Vault is showcasing its Dynamics GP versions this week at the Microsoft 2011 Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
M-Files Cloud Vault is designed to enable SMBs to incorporate document management running on the Windows Azure cloud platform into their existing on-premise Microsoft Dynamics GP systems. The resulting “hybrid” model supports a flexible computing environment.
With M-Files Cloud Vault, SMBs can tag any type of document — purchase order, invoice, bill of materials, compliance certification documentation, CAD file, etc. — to the corresponding records in Microsoft Dynamics GP for instant retrieval.
“Documents are a critical component of the financial and operational information and processes that businesses manage with Microsoft Dynamics GP,” says M-Files president Greg Milliken. “Since ERP systems are not designed to manage documents, inefficiencies in this critical area significantly limit the effectiveness of the ERP system and its resulting ROI. By ensuring that the correct version of any document related to a record in Microsoft Dynamics GP is instantly available exactly when it is needed, M-Files Cloud Vault maximizes productivity while providing the foundation for achieving and maintaining compliance with important industry standards.”
Milliken adds that with M-Files Cloud Vault, SMBs can “quickly deploy via the Windows Azure-based cloud platform without having to purchase, configure, and manage a server.”
