Tigerpaw Software, developer of business building software for technology providers, has incorporated the latest changes from Zenith Infotech’s API to enhance Network Operations Center (NOC) for the Tigerpaw/Zenith Infotech user.
Some features of the incorporation include:
- Bi-directional ticket information in real-time: Tigerpaw/Zenith Infotech users can create tickets, and reassign them to a Zenith Infotech NOC (or Zenith Infotech VSD) and vice versa. The Tigerpaw Zenith Infotech integration synchronizes the status of Zenith Infotech tickets and Tigerpaw service orders and allows for changes to reflect in one another’s product in real-time.
- Greater transparency: If a change is made or comments added to the Tigerpaw service order, that change is automatically reflected in the Zenith Infotech ticket. In both cases (NOC or VSD), Zenith Infotech Ticket information is added to the Tigerpaw service order and a service order comment is noted by the NOC / VSD.
- Going deeper: Billing for monitored and NOC services is the backbone of good managed services. Tigerpaw keeps a list of customer assets that are being monitored to allow the IT client to invoice the customer from Tigerpaw.†
- Invoices based on real-time asset polling: The Tigerpaw Zenith Infotech integration allows for the generation of monthly invoices based on real-time Zenith Infotech polling asset information for all customers. A simple wizard generates invoices in minutes, allowing for billing for non-managed items, such as off-site backup.
