CallTower Integrates with Sprint Mobile
The new CallTower Mobility offering extends unified communications as a service to mobile phones.
Unified communications provider CallTower has launched CallTower Mobility. The new offering combines Sprint Mobile Integration with CallTower’s unified communications as a service (UCaaS) product.
Enabling fixed mobile convergence (FMC) for unified communications, CallTower Mobility will enable customers to enjoy the benefits of a UC system via their mobile and fixed corporate phones.
“This new offering significantly boosts productivity while reducing companies’ overall communications costs,” says Bob Barnes, CallTower’s executive vice president of sales, marketing, and business development. “By integrating Sprint’s secure fixed and mobile networks with CallTower’s UCaaS services, businesses have access to unified communications services without the cap ex and management resources required from an in-house solution.”
With Sprint Mobile Integration, users can dial an extension number from a Sprint mobile phone and reach a corporate user regardless of their location.
Additionally, Sprint Mobile Integration provides access to one central voicemail, free on-net calling, and call management and messaging features.†
The solution is completely integrated with Sprint’s 4G and 3G networks and related wireless applications, eliminating local trunks.
CallTower’s UC Mobility service is available to enterprises using Sprint mobile phones. It also provides unified messaging, presence, IM, and collaboration.†
