New Tigerpaw Community Set for Launch
The software developer’s online forum and knowledgebase is designed to generate ideas and perpetuate best practices.
A new knowledgebase from Tigerpaw Software Inc. will be opening at the end of the month. Called the Tigerpaw Community the online resource will provide members with a community forum that includes industry news, stories from the field, and other ideas from the channel.
“The Tigerpaw Community was designed to bring the Tigerpaw network of over 28,000 users together for the purpose of assisting users in sharing specific tips and tricks related to the software,” states the company in a press release submitted to EH Publishing.
Community members will be able to choose from Telecom, IT, Audio-Visual, Point-of-Sale and Security & Alarm forums. Each forum is run by peer moderators and provides a means for posing questions, making suggestions, and answering questions.
The Tigerpaw Community will also feature topical sections and forums on industry best practices, industry “Buzz,” upcoming events, new technologies and innovations, and MSP news.
“We’re excited to provide a conduit for sharing helpful information on Tigerpaw and discussing better business techniques for all of our users,” says Tigerpaw president James Foxall. “We began by launching our Customer Advisory Group, which was closely involved in the development of our new Tigerpaw 11. We’ll be unveiling this at our first user conference along with the new Tigerpaw Community.”
Tigerpaw plans to expand its community in time to include the ability of members to submit support requests and feature requests, and to vote on feature requests of other users.
