PartnerConduit Network Readies for Breakaway

The online community announces new features, offerings, and partnerships in preparation of the CompTIA event.

Last year, channel marketing agency Hawkeye Channel launched a beta version of its PartnerConduit Network (PCN). This year, in coordination with CompTIA’s Breakway event, the online partner community is announced new features, new partnerships, and new opportunities for community participants.

NEW FEATURES
PCN will be showing off two new features at Breakaway this year, both aimed at making it easier for members to promote solutions. The solutions are free to both Basic and Premium Members.

The new features are:

  • Solution Requests–This is a method for members to introduce their solutions to other partners, enabling them to request and seek input across a variety of solution categories.
  • Member Ratings–Partners are able to build credibility by rating each other’s collaborative efforts. PCN says the “peer-to-peer feedback loop” enables partners to score partners’ overall collaboration effectiveness, collaborative relationship, technical competence, solution value, and customer management.

PCN and Hawkeye Channel have also announced that qualified CompTIA registrants may collect up to $500 in Collaboration Currency and receive 90 days of trial access to the community.

NEW SPONSORS & PARTNERS
In the last year, PCN has formed a partnership with NASBA, the Association of Channel Resellers, and is broadening its relationship with CompTIA MSP Partners and MSP University.

As a PCN alliance partner, CompTIA MSP Partners has 5,000 new managed services partners into PCN. In addition, PCN has extended premium membership to 7,000 managed services partners through their affiliation with PCN’s alliance partner, MSP University.

PCN’s newest alliance with NASBA supports partner growth, says Hawkeye Channel, “in the information technology and consumer electronics industries.”

The company is also announcing having brought together “new industry-leading sponsors.” The company cites software developer TechSmith Corp. (which develops screencasting tools for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS) as an exemplary example of its growing affiliations.

“PCN levels the playing field by giving every member equal exposure to readily find partners and to be found,” says Hawkeye Channel in a statement submitted to EH Publishing.
