AlertSite Releases IWPD, v2
The Web performance monitoring company officially introduces its Interactive Web Performance Dashboard update after extensive beta review and testing processes.
Web performance monitoring company AlertSite has officially released its Interactive Web Performance Dashboard, version 2.0.
The release of Version 2.0 follows a beta trial, during which AlertSite customers test-drove, reviewed, and provided feedback on new features.
AlertSite vice president of marketing Gary Beerman says Interactive Web Performance Dashboard 2.0 has been developed with customers in mind. “We had a very successful beta trial period, during which we received great recommendations from our customers,” he says. “By incorporating their feedback into this next-generation dashboard, we are able to ensure that it is as comprehensive and useful for our customers as possible.”
According to AlertSite, version 2.0 introduces new options and features for users to organize, view, and dissect performance metrics.
“Web performance monitoring is no longer just the responsibility of the IT department,” says Ken Gross, AlertSite president and CEO. “More and more C-level executives are finding value in having access to this critical information to improve overall business performance. Our improved dashboard recognizes this shift, and allows users to customize and view data based on their individual needs.”
Some of the new options and features include:
- A ? function that enables users to show or hide individual monitor locations as needed
- A wrench icon for configuring/viewing the device settings with a single click
- Mini-chart functionality for viewing data in four different charts simultaneously
- Tabs for Security, Server Agent and Load Testing
- Color-coded text that highlights ‘Recent Errors’ in red
- Drag ‘n Drop performance graphs, sortable data, chart resizers, and multiple graph views for customizable viewing
