Partner Community Solutions Add Lead Management Functionality
Constructive equips flagship Partnerpedia products with built-in, online portal for lead management and tracking.
Constructive, a provider of online partner community solutions, has made certain lead management capabilities available for its flagship line of products, Partnerpedia.
The new lead management features from Constructive are “built-in” to both the Partnerpedia partner community solutions and the Private Networks solutions.
With these new lead management capabilities, Partnerpedia aims to provide business partners with a secure content portal for B2B collaboration and the management and tracking of sales activities.
Constructive calls its new lead management portals “ideal for SMBs that are not yet ready to implement a full CRM system.” It adds that SMBs using the product “need not worry about the complexities or high costs associated with traditional lead management implementation.
“SMBs can really take advantage of lead management tools without the worry of additional costs and complexities associated with traditional CRM implementations,” says Mark Sochan, CEO of Constructive. “SMBs often lack the financial resources and manpower to implement a lead management system in-house.”
Partnerpedia’s lead management solution provides for leads to be entered into the system and tracked throughout a lifecycle. In addition, sales reps and managers can receive notification of lead status, and pipeline reports can be generated to project forecasts.
