Vigilix Offers Usage Based Pricing for Virtual Technician

Immediate ROI for service providers looking to increase their offerings, says the company.

Greenville, S.C.-based Vigilix, a provider of PCI compliant point-of-sale support software, is offering usage-based pricing for the Virtual Technician remote monitoring, remote control, and offsite backup products. Block-based pricing for those supporting large customer bases are also offered.

Virtual Technician customers can deploy agents and turn on only the modules needed to support their customers. According to Vigilix, there are no minimum requirements to get started so solution providers can offer a flexible POS support solution to their customers and provide them with an immediate ROI.
