TBI Adds National Channel Manager to VAR Resources

TBI announced that Rob Valadez, former Enterprise Business Development Manager at Insight, has joined the Master Agency as National Channel Manager to serve TBI’s enterprise partners, resellers, and distributors alike.

As a National Channel Manager at TBI, Rob works hand in hand with enterprise organizations to increase revenue through development of business plans, technical training and strategic alignment of cloud and network connectivity services to fulfill business objectives.

Rob Valadez joins TBI having spent the last few years in the data center space. Prior to joining us, he served as an OEM Business Development Manager at Insight for VEEAM Software and Aruba/HPE. Additionally, Rob was an Account Executive at CDW supporting top manufacturers and was a Professor of Engineering at the University of Arizona. Throughout Rob’s sales career, he has been centrally focused on revenue growth and program development for the channel with datacenter, server, storage, network and security solutions.

“TBI has an established program tailored to VARs in the IT channel space, and I’m honored to be a part of it,” said Rob. “My passion for growing business through cultivating mutually beneficial relationships is a great fit for this role; I’m eager to get started and leverage my experience to support these agents.”

Rob graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and an emphasis in Engineering. He holds technical certifications with the following: Veeam VMTSP, Veeam VMSP, F5 Security Accreditation, IronKey Sales Expert and Tripp Lite Sales Expert.
