IT security provider and channel-exclusive vendor, Passportal Inc., has integrated with PSA creator, ConnectWise, a developer of service management software designed for IT service providers, VARs, ISVs, and MSPs. †
The turnkey integration between Passportal’s password security software and ConnectWise PSA allows channel partners to simplify and speed up the onboarding process for customers and reduce duplicative data entry by synchronizing resources and accounts between the two platforms. Service technicians can also leverage auto-created direct links in ConnectWise that correlate to the passwords for each client in Passportal, to save time and streamline access to passwords.
