Named Nicole Mead, she replaces an earlier arrangement in which members of Harlan, Ia.-based HTG worked with a series of geographically-aligned territory reps under the guidance of Lori Berry, Cedar Rapids, Ia.-based GreatAmerica’s strategic technology analyst lead and HTG strategic champion.
“The values between GreatAmerica, HTG, and its membership made it a clear choice to add a dedicated resource,” said Wil Meggers, vice president and general manager of GreatAmerica’s Connected Technology Group, in a press statement. “Since 2010, we’ve experienced mutual success and growth with HTG and its members and are excited to add even more value with this dedicated position.”
ConnectWise acquired HTG in January, following years of close collaboration.
“Partnerships drive success in the channel and GreatAmerica has long a history of building deep relationships with partners,” said Pete Sorensen, partner at HTG, in prepared remarks. “We are thrilled to welcome Nicole to the HTG community!”
Priority access to financing advice is an example of the kind of exclusive benefits HTG has been striving to provide its peer group members. An offering called ConnectWise Booster, for example, provides free access to Tier 2 product support and ConnectWise Manage optimization services. ConnectWise plans to make those resources, which debuted last summer, more readily available this year.
HTG’s Q2 peer group meeting for 2018 is underway now in Dallas, with Mead in attendance. The Q3 and Q4 meetings for North American members are scheduled for July 30th to August 3rd in Denver and November 12th to 16th in Orlando, respectively.
