ForeScout’s New Channel Chief to Expand and Scale Channel Program

The changes will enable ForeScout to move to a channel-focused model. By Cecilia Galvin

Cycbersecurity provider ForeScout Technologies Inc., of San Jose, Calif., has added to its leadership team with the appointment of Todd DeBell, the company’s new vice president of worldwide channel sales. In this role, DeBell is responsible for ForeScout’s channel sales and distribution strategy, with a focus on accelerating the channel program to address the growing demand for the company's products.

“It's an exciting time to join ForeScout and help the company execute on its vision of selling 100 percent through the channel,” says DeBell. “With the number of Internet of Things (IoT) devices projected to top 20 billion in the next four years, there is a major need for our technology in new and emerging markets. I plan to expand our global footprint and continue to strengthen our channel in North America and Europe.”

DeBell notes that the growth of the IoT market is not limited to any vertical or customer size, and neither is ForeScout. “Currently, our channel team is refreshing our program to make all our partners increase their investments,” he says, adding that ForeScout recognizes the potential in the SMB partner market and helps with certification and training to bring new managed service providers up to speed quickly.
