CloudBerry Lab, a vendor of backup and management solutions for public cloud storage services, has integrated its Managed Backup Service with the ConnectWise Business Management Platform to create an online backup solution offering for MSPs, VARs, and systems integrators.
The ConnectWise platform combines business-process automation, help desk, customer service, sales, marketing, project management, and business analytics to help streamline an organization’s operations. Many of its users, including MSPs and other IT professional services organizations, use it to provide their customers with a centralized solution to build, support, and fully manage their IT solution offerings.
The integration will allow ConnectWise users to import contacts into CloudBerry Managed Backup and be notified automatically of any backup/restore failures. Additionally, solution providers using ConnectWise will receive backup billing details in one centralized location, along with data from the ConnectWise platform.
CloudBerry Lab's Managed Backup Service offering enables customers to conduct bare metal/system state restores, as well as restorations of individual files and applications, including Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Exchange. It also allows organizations to select from a number of cloud services providers, including Amazon S3, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or any S3-compatible storage. CloudBerry Managed Backup can be fully re-branded and customized, enabling providers to create their own branded solution offerings.
