Enhancements to the company’s RMM and BDR solutions set for release later this year will help MSPs administer Microsoft Azure environments and backup Azure data. Integration with IT Glue’s documentation solution arrives next month.

A down payment on the vendor’s commitment to refresh its PSA solution quarterly, the new release offers 10 additional time entry screen configuration options, a re-designed client homepage, and greater control over contract access rights.

By reducing infrastructure hosting costs, the new deployment option makes running cloud workspaces in single-tenant configurations a cost-effective option for companies with as few as 20 employees, opening up a vast new market for MSPs.
