New Barracuda SignNow Appliance Brings Cloud Workflow Management to Organizations

SignNow version 4.0 includes integrations with Salesforce, Office365, and Google for Work.

Barracuda Networks Inc., a provider of cloud-connected security and storage solutions, has released Barracuda SignNow version 4.0 and the new Barracuda SignNow Appliance, now supporting deployments in both cloud and on-premises environments. SignNow allows organizations to quickly obtain signatures from customers, partners, and employees, reducing document turnaround time.

The new Barracuda SignNow Appliance – available in hardware and virtual deployment configurations – allows users to share, sign, and collaborate in a secure on-premises environment. Organizations now can deploy an eSignature solution on-premises or in their private or public cloud infrastructure for greater control over critical business documents.

SignNow’s latest releases come as a part of Barracuda’s†recently launched Data Protection†Plus initiative, which is aimed at helping customers access, retain, and share critical data from anywhere and any device.†Highlights of the SignNow Appliance include:

  • Control of information both in transit and at rest – maintain on site or within VPN, and of retention and access policies and security protocols
  • Control emails through use of existing SMTP services
  • Support use of internal LDAP/AD for identity management†

In addition to the SignNow Appliance, the new version 4.0 also includes integrations and feature updates including:

Integration with Business Applications

  • SignNow for Salesforce – send documents and contracts directly from within existing Salesforce accounts
  • SignNow for Office365 Outlook – sign email attachments on mobile devices and desktops directly from within Outlook, as well as view status and send templates and documents
  • SignNow for Google Apps – use Google Apps as an identity manager to automatically provision accounts and provide seamless single sign-on access

New Features for Senders

  • Suggest Content for Signers –†pre-fill text in documents or forms prior to sending
  • File Attachments – request an attachment when sending documents for signing
  • Data Validation†–†ensure signers complete form fields correctly the first time

Barracuda SignNow version 4.0 is now available starting at $1000 USD for an annual subscription for up to 10 users. The Barracuda SignNow Appliance is available starting at $4849 USD for an annual license. Barracuda SignNow Appliance Vx is a virtual appliance that runs on Hyper-V and VMware environments and is sized based on target number of users. Pricing for the virtual appliances starts at $4799 USD for an annual license.†
