This capability extends across various devices, including desktops, PCs, and mobile phones.

AnyDesk: Tailored for MSPs

The company offers a unique model that caters specifically to MSPs. “We sell licenses to MSPs, who can then resell them to their customers. This model supports MSPs in managing their clients’ IT infrastructure effectively,” Corrales noted. It allows MSPs to both use and distribute AnyDesk’s services, expanding their service offerings and potentially increasing revenue.

Security remains a crucial aspect for MSPs, and AnyDesk prioritizes this by incorporating advanced encryption protocols. “All transmissions between devices are encrypted using TLS 1.2, ensuring that only screen data is transmitted securely,” said Corrales. This robust security measure helps protect sensitive information during remote sessions, giving MSPs and their clients peace of mind.

Global Reach and Local Impact

AnyDesk has been expanding its global presence, with new offices in key regions like Portugal and India. “[These are] areas where we see immense potential and high download rates,” Corrales shared. Global expansion ensures better support and services for a growing user base, aligning with regional needs.

Navigating Market Challenges

Entering the competitive U.S. market has been challenging, but strategic partnerships have been crucial for AnyDesk. These relationships have helped AnyDesk establish itself in a market with strong competitors.

“Having great partners has been instrumental,” Corrales remarked. “They’ve guided us through the necessary steps to succeed in the channel.”

Differentiators for MSPs

Several features make AnyDesk an attractive option for MSPs. For one thing, the solution is lightweight, secure, and competitively priced.

AnyDesk also provides core functionalities that rival other remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, often at a more affordable price, Corrales explained. AnyDesk’s compatibility with major platforms and integrations with tools like Atera and Microsoft enhance its usability.

AnyDesk’s focus on security, flexible licensing model, and strategic approach to market expansion is well-suited to meet MSPs’ needs in a competitive landscape.
